At Longboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride. If your new board isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your longboard, trucks, or wheels are in their original packaging and have not been ridden outdoors or modified.
Request a Label
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label to the exterior.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
